Tool Cases

Consort has an excellent record when it comes to tool case production and our skilled workforce produces over one thousand tool cases every month.

Our customers range from domestic white goods manufacturers, blue chip electronics companies, many domestic and industrial service companies and some major on-line /catalogue sales companies.

All Consorts tool cases have aluminium frames and all locks, handles and hinges are mounted through the frame for extra strength and durability.

TC1

TC2

Consort has been producing TC2s’ for many years and has proven popular with engineers who want a medium to high range of tools and protection.

TC2 Orange

Gas Strut Tool Case

The Gas Strut Tool Case has all the advantages of the Euro tool case but is slightly larger and has the added feature of gas struts to lift and hold open the case lid. This is an advanced safety feature as it eliminates the chance of a fully loaded case from ever falling shut while being used.

Customised Tool Cases

For many customers a standard off the shelf tool case is not suitable or is sometimes only part of the customers’ requirements. A tool case that can accommodate for example specialist tools, spare parts, laptop computers and printers is often the preferred choice. Consort can produce most tool cases based on a customer’s individual request. Requirements may include for example a slightly larger case than normal, an unusual colour, a customised insert, trolley wheels or a telescopic handle. The manufacture of a tailored case will be dependant on criteria such as the quantities required, technical requirements and cost.
